Door buzzer fixed. Issue was created by handset connected to sytem not secured properly. This handset is located behind a desk near to main office printer.   Service Technician wasnt needed.   Mrs Hudson who is familiar with the system, directed out us to where the unit is housed.    She indictaed that the system will stop buzzing once the handset is not cradled properly.
